"Great location, but the food and facilities were not good. BBQ buffet dinner was awful. It was super windy day. Hot food was cold, cold food was warm. BBQ dinner was highly recommended by staff. After so disappointing, we do not dare to try the free massage service. Elevator is extremely slow. 5 mins waiting time was typical. Buffet morning was a chaos with tons of tourists. Good stay but doesn’t meet the expectation of 5 stars hotel."

"As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are incredibly clean.
Breakfast is served daily, and the ocean view from the restaurant is amazing.
I had a city view, but I could see a bit of the ocean on the other side.
I also had a side window with a view of the main beach, which was very satisfying.
The staff were always friendly, greeting me with a warm Xin Chao and a smile.
I loved that the beach was right outside the building.
This hotel was great value for money and had great facilities. I had a comfortable stay for five days."

"Brand new hotel in the heart of Quy Nhon.
Was one of the best hotels ever, I stayed in VN with its amazing price.
I am so delighted to find this hotel in Quy Nhon. It is a really beautiful hotel. I loved everything, the hardware in the spotless room, as well as the service. I appreciate the receptionists so kind and helped me out when I needed. They really made my stay lovely. Xin Cam on."

"Overall, it's quite ok. However, the hotel only has 6 floors, so the view is quite low compared to other hotels. The hallway is dark, the lights are rarely on 🥹. However, the service is quite good, there are cakes brought to the room every day. Overall, I rate it 8.5/10"

"Very good. I booked a sea view room. When I got up at 5 o'clock, there were already many people swimming in the sea. The front desk was very good and spoke better English than me. He helped me point out places to eat, which was worth it. I can go there for a weekend to eat and vacation.
There is a street behind the hotel with bars and restaurants, which is very lively."

"A great little gem right next to the beach. Quy Nhon is also a little gem, with plenty of local delicacies and shops within walking distance of the hotel. The Fleur de Lys is super clean and nicely appointed. The staff was great. If I’m back in Quy Nhon I will not stay anywhere else."

NNhi Ngọc YếnThis's a sweet homestay. It takes 5mins to walk from the sea. This's the first time i travelled in Vietnam. The host's really friendly. We rent the motorbike and they introduced for me anywhere we wanna to go. The room 's cute, clean, comfortable, sophisticated. The homestay has a nice rooftop. At night, we drunk Quy Nhon beer with the hostess and her husband. That's nice vibe. They make me feel that i come back my home. I make sure that i'll come back here and drunk again with them ^^

DddeodolyIt was my first time visiting Quy Nhon.
It wasn't too far from the bus stop on tje accommodation. The front desk staff was friendly, and tje domitory room I stayed in was very clean, especialy spacious, and had a lot of space.
The bathroom and shower were outside, but it wasn't too inconvenient, and I had a very comfortable stay.
The towels that were changed every day and the free bottled water were also very nice.
I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Quy Nhon.

EEvoFunkWe stayed at the Mento Hotel for two nights. The girls at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and kind. We booked a standard room. Unfortunately, our room did not have a window, which made it feel confined. The wallpaper on the wall had a sea landscape picture, which was nice. The rooms are clean and neat, with comfortable beds and nice, cold air conditioning.
The hotel swimming pool is beautiful, and we spent most of our time there. It would have been even better if there were pool loungers (or ”sunbeds”) to lie on next to the pool—they only had regular chairs. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is situated close to restaurants and charming coffee shops. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Noise isolation in the house is some, neighbors sometimes heard, but not critical.
When the room was received, they noticed that the sheets were dirty, asked to change, the guys did everything quickly. The apartment was washed all over. Some things were missing from the dishes, we were quickly brought them, what they bought ourselves. Even a vase for flowers gave us. Thank you very much. There is a good coffee shop and shops and cafes and pharmacy next door.
There was no drying for the underwear, dried on the hangers + pulled the rope, and sometimes went to the laundry, it was very close, there took only the dry.
The mattress is tough, but for us it is plus, because the husband needs to sleep on such, quickly used to.

TTedLy16It’s a very nice beach resort. Unfortunately,, the property has not been well maintained. The huge glass doors to the nice and relaxing balcony is not well oiled and so it is very hard (heavy) to open; worse they are not lockable.
Apart from the bedhead has terrible stained the rest of the room is quite clean.
Breakfasts included were very good, lots of of varieties and selection. This is the best part of my recent stay at this property I guess.
Staffs were very polite although not as helpful most of the time.
It’s a very huge property, has a lot of rooms but the occupancy rate is very low. I hope they don’t shut it down any time soon.

!!! The hotel is clean and staff are lovely. The room itself is large and bed is comfortable. Nice pool too. We did find a few cockroach’s in the room, but we don’t mind getting rid of them to be honest (we get that Asia have a lot of them!) One thing I would say is that the breakfast is very disappointing - pho is mainly fish (even the beef meatloaf option is made with fish broth) which I couldn’t eat. There is not a lot of option and also there are no cards stating what each cuisine is.

We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a larger room with a nice view of the city, which enhanced our overall stay. The hotel’s location was convenient, being close to important amenities and the beach, making it easy for us to explore the area. We appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing noodles and water in the room, which came in handy during our stay. The staff were polite and friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. However, we did notice that the cleanliness of the linen could be improved, as attention to detail in this area was lacking. Overall, while there were some minor issues, our stay was enjoyable and we would consider returning in the future.
